What is the Head Boy supposed to do, exactly? I'm serious. This is a serious question. 'Oh but Head Boy's an enormous responsibility'...well, yes. I can see how not making sure that the tea and biscuits are present and correctly placed at the table during Prefect meetings will cause the downfall of Wizarding Britain. It's all going to descend into anarchy, very soon.
